Order Delivery

All orders received before 12 PM will be delivered the same day.
Orders received after 12 PM will be delivered within the next 24 Hours.
In case of any slot opening up for same day (for orders placed after 12 PM), our team will get in touch with the customer to coordinate and execute the delivery.
If there's a sudden increase in orders, delivery times may be impacted. If your order is delayed, please contact our customer care team at contact@shopkeventer.com

Delivery Schedule

Our Delivery Partners will call the customer prior the delivery of products.
Any change in delivery timing should be communicated by the customer to our team.
Order delivery schedule can be changed by the customer only once after which requests for change will not be accepted.
Once the order is out for delivery, any cancellation will not be subject to refund.
