Methi was less, the mix grain feel wasn't muchvappreciated.It could also be because I am used to having more leafy Paratha.Barring aside the name but having as another Paratha it was delicious.
Recepie appears to keep in mind the Rajasthani cusine. I like many North Indians would like to have bit more of methi smell and taste. I feel the smell of methi is masked in kitchen king masala taste and flavour. Stiffness is on higher side, moisture retention is low, similar to Misi.
